Fully Refundable Security Deposits.

To rent a van, we take a refundable security deposit. This acts as a security measure in case of any damages and/or accidents during your trip.

No damage? You’ll get your full security deposit back within 3-5 working days.

Minor damage? We’ll only deduct the amount needed for repairs.

Major damage or an accident? The deposit will be retained.
We aim to keep things fair and transparent—so you can focus on enjoying your journey.

Pick up & drop off times:
​
Standard pick up time: 1pm (on the first day of your booking). Optional early collection upon request if prior arranged
​
Standard drop off time: 11:30 am (on the last day of your booking). Optional late drop off is available if prior arranged.
​
You will be given a handover tour upon collection where you will be shown how to use the campervan.
​
Deposit:
Our standard deposit is £750. Occasionally it needs to be slightly higher if you do not meet the standard hirer criteria.
Insurance Excess
Our standard insurance excess is £750 for which you will be responsible for in the event of an accident or damage. This may be higher in certain circumstances but we will confirm if that is ever the case. The excess is only payable if there is any damage.

Payment Terms:
20% of the booking amount secures your booking
Balance of the booking due 30 days before your booking starts
Security Deposit is due 3 days before your booking
Payments can be taken online on this website or directly by bank transfer
Cash Payments can not be accepted

Driver Hire Criteria & Eligibility :
Our self drive hire insurance covers drivers which meet the following criteria:
Age: 21 yrs-79 yrs
Driving licence type - Full UK or EU licenses (other licenses will likely be accepted but we will need to refer them to the insurers first. This may result in a higher excess)
Length Held: Minimum 2 years

Driving offences:
Any points or offences must be disclosed to us with a maximum of 6 points. Upon request you must provide a check code for us to validate your license.
Any ban or disqualification in the last 5 years, you will not be eligible.
Claims: No more than 1 claim in the past 5 years
All named drivers must be present to collect the campervan so they can sign the hirer agreement.
If you do not meet the above terms please contact us before making a booking and we may be able to refer you to the insurers to get you covered.
